As a Senior ICT Consultant for Electrolux, I led the comprehensive migration of our facility in Evere, Belgium, to the latest Windows and Locus platforms, ensuring a seamless transition with zero data loss. My primary responsibility was to manage this large-scale upgrade, overseeing every stage from planning and risk assessment to execution and post-migration support.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop a structured migration plan that minimized downtime and protected data integrity. This included mapping out the current IT environment, identifying potential risks, and implementing a robust data backup and recovery strategy. Throughout the project, I maintained open communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing expectations effectively.

In addition to technical management, I provided guidance and training for staff on the new systems, ensuring a smooth adoption and continued productivity post-migration. My role required a balance of technical expertise and strategic oversight to deliver a successful upgrade that enhanced Electrolux’s operational capabilities and IT infrastructure resilience.
