In my role, I design and implement tailored technology architectures that align with clients’ objectives in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. I leverage a Salesforce core environment combined with powerful marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, and other platforms to drive engagement and operational efficiency. I am committed to advancing our clients’ capabilities through the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, VR, AR, and Blockchain, to create an adaptive and forward-looking business ecosystem.

I actively participate in commercial performance assessments, identifying and quantifying improvement potential and developing models and frameworks that address unique client needs. My responsibilities extend to guiding potential studies, leading improvement initiatives, and evangelizing the principles of Business 2020—promoting the convergence of sales, marketing, strategy, and technology as the cornerstone of modern business success.
